So, after the UF game on Saturday, I kind of don’t want to talk about FSU football, but here are some photos from the FSU/MD game that Mike and I went to a couple weekends ago. It was SUCH a good game. It was our first “away” game, and the only game of the season that Mike and I got to go to.
It was FREEZING that night, with a wind chill in the 20’s at kickoff. Mike and I tailgated, but let me tell you… tailgating with only two people is LAAAAME. But we still enjoyed sipping our hot cider and eating free burgers and hot dogs from the Seminole club. Most of our photos showcase my layers – Layer #1, Layer #2, etc. I eventually looked homeless, but I was warm(ish)!
Layer #1 on the Left Layer #2 on the right
Layer #3
By the time the game started, I had on:
jeans
long johns
tights
two pairs of socks
sneakers
camisole
long sleeve tee
short sleeve tee
long sleeve tee (again)
fleece
zip hoodie
jacket
another jacket
blanket
2 hats
gloves
3 scarves
🙂
We took a warm break inside by the bathroom.
This is how close we were to the field. The guy in the white baseball cap in the photo on the right is Bowden.
That’s Graham Gano in the ski mask.
These last two pictures are post-win. There were, like, 20 Terps left in the stadium.
The victors slap hands with the losers. Ah, sweet victory.
I’m pretending yesterday didn’t happen. No Gator-love comments allowed. Seriously, I’ll delete ’em. Don’t mess with me.

Laura! You made me LAUGH OUT LOUD at the “Don’t mess with me.” 😀 You are a hoot!
I am SO with you on the layers. I probably would have requested some 80’s moon boots for my feet, though. If my feet are cold, I’m cold. Period.

ha ha. Looks like it was fun, though!
I’m sad to say though, I do miss the cold!
How was your Thanksgiving, by the way?

I’m trying to figure out how it’s possible to wear that many layers. But I know if anyone can, it’s you my friend!
I’m glad you stayed warm. It was worth it for such an awesome game!
T-minus 27 days until I see you!
